Normal checkout time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of your scheduled departure.
At least 48 hours before your departure date, please call our property manager to set a check out time. In some instances where there is not another guest coming immediately, you can ask our property manager to check-out later than 10:00 a.m. Let him know if anything has been broken and also anything else you think we ought to know about the apartment (especially drains that are emptying slowly, small leaks, etc.).
When you are ready to leave, make
sure you have all your personal items in the hallway (do a double-check) and leave the extra house keys where you found
them. If you were mailed a set of keys, take the keys with you
and close the door. If the keys that were mailed to you aren't returned
to when you get back to the
On no account must keys ever be left in a mailbox without our express instructions and approval.
After you leave, our property manager will do an inspection and email us his summary. We’ll return your security deposit as soon as we receive his email.
If you forget to call our property manager to set a check-out time and you did not receive the keys in the mail, the best solution is to leave all sets of keys inside the apartment and close the door firmly behind you; making sure it is firmly closed (push it!). Remember, if we mailed you a set of keys, please take them with you or else you will lose $125 of your deposit. We ask you to leave the apartment tidy as you found it:
· empty the refrigerator of perishable items
· leave the kitchen clean, don't forget to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
· leave the used bed linen and towels folded for the cleaners
· ensure all windows are firmly shut
If you do not wish to do this, please let our property manager know well in advance and he will arrange for extra cleaning and advise you of the cost.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE APARTMENT DOOR IS FIRMLY CLOSED AS YOU LEAVE!
