(Photos 14, 15) Walking ahead, there are a variety of stores including a kosher delicatessen on your right. On your left will be Café Baci followed by one of the local patisseries where you can pick up baguettes, pains au chocolat, croissants, etc. This is one of many patisseries in the neighborhood. A number of clothing stores are in this part of the neighborhood.


(Photo 16, 17) The upcoming intersection of rue des Francs Bourgeois and rue de Turenne has several brasseries on your left and right (the one on the left is better). If you continued straight ahead, you would come across several small household object stores and eventually rue de Rivoli. Instead we’ll make a left here to show you a quick glimpse of one of the most beautiful royal squares in Paris, the Place des Vosges.
